1. Overview & Acceptance
This Privacy Policy applies to the Ejecta: Speaker Cleaner Watermobile application (the “App”) developed by mscmn2k. Using the App means you accept the practices described here. We aim to be transparent, minimal, and aligned with applicable data protection laws including the EU GDPR, California CCPA, and Google Play’s User Data policy.
2. Definitions
- App — Ejecta: Speaker Cleaner Water, available on Google Play.
- Device — the Android phone or tablet on which the App is installed.
- Local Processing— operations performed entirely on your Device’s hardware (speaker, vibration motor), without transmitting the underlying signal to any server.
- Personal Data — any information that identifies, or could reasonably identify, an individual.
- SDK — third-party software development kit integrated into the App for analytics, ads, or payments.
3. The “Local Processing” Commitment
This is the principle the App is built around.
- No audio recording. The App does not request microphone permission and does not record any audio at any time. Every cleaning sweep, frequency test, and vibration pattern is produced and consumed entirely on your Device.
- No cloud uploads for core features. Sound generation and vibration patterns execute locally. We do not stream your speaker output, your voice, or your test results to our servers.
4. Data We Collect
Device identifiers
Advertising ID, IP address, device model, OS version. Used by ad partners to serve ads and by us to monitor app stability across device types.
Usage data (analytics)
Session duration, screens visited, and which cleaning modes are launched. Helps us understand which features matter and where users run into friction.
Diagnostic & crash data
Stack traces, crash logs, and performance metrics. Used to find and fix bugs and to verify hardware compatibility on new device models.
5. Android Permissions & Why We Need Them
- INTERNET — required to load ads, sync remote configuration, and submit crash reports.
- VIBRATE — runs the haptic motor for Vibrate Clean.
- POST_NOTIFICATIONS — shows the persistent notification while Sound Boost is running.
- MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS — adjusts volume so the cleaning sweep reaches a safe maximum output.
- FOREGROUND_SERVICE + FOREGROUND_SERVICE_MEDIA_PLAYBACK — keeps Sound Boost active when you switch to other apps.
- WAKE_LOCK — prevents the device from sleeping mid-cycle.
- AD_ID — used by Google AdMob for ad delivery.
- BILLING — required to process Pro subscriptions through Google Play.
6. Third-Party SDKs, Advertising & Analytics
The App integrates the following partners. Each operates under its own privacy policy, which you can review on its website.
- Google AdMob & Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, Messaging, Performance) — analytics + ad serving.
- Meta Audience Network, AppLovin, Vungle, InMobi, Pangle, Mintegral, Unity Ads, IronSource — ad mediation partners.
- Adjust, AppsFlyer — attribution and mobile measurement.
- RevenueCat — subscription state management for the optional Pro upgrade.
Users in the EEA, UK, and other regions covered by consent frameworks receive an in-app consent request before personalized ads are served, per GDPR and Google’s consent requirements.
7. Your Rights & Account Deletion
The App does not require user registration. You retain control over your data:
- Reset your advertising ID at any time from your Android system settings.
- Revoke notification permission from system settings.
- Uninstall the App to stop all analytics collection going forward.
- For requests covered by GDPR or CCPA — access, correction, deletion, portability, or objection — email ngocnam.dev@gmail.com.
8. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that a child has provided personal data, we will purge it immediately. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information.
9. Data Security & Retention
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Third-party SDK data is retained for the period specified in each provider’s policy, typically between 14 and 26 months. No system is 100% secure, but we work to minimize exposure of any personal data we do process.
10. International Data Transfers
Several third-party SDKs we use are headquartered in the United States or other countries. Your data may be transferred to and processed in those countries under each provider’s standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards. By using the App, you consent to such transfers.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last Updated” date above and, where appropriate, announced inside the App or on the App’s Google Play listing. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
